The Opportunity

The Client Services Consultant is responsible for account management for one or more of our National Account Customers across the Mid-Atlantic This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to growing and protecting our customer base. A position with a strong purpose to make a difference each day for our customers and their employees. Work with Account Executives and partners across the entire MetLife infrastructure through implementation and daily service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage National Account clients end-to-end, from implementation through ongoing service delivery across multiple product lines (Disability & Leaves, Life Insurance, and Dental)
• Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality customer experience
• Oversee and coordinate account and project activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client expectations
• Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless service and support for client needs

Required Qualifications

• College Degree is required
• Relevant Work experience in customer service, account management, project management
• Some relevant experience in relationship management
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
• Experience with Microsoft Office and AI enabled tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer centric, Problem solver, critical thinker, team player
• Insurance Industry experience

The expected salary range for this position is $62,100 - $82,800. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
