Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a National Account Manager - Inside Sales 3PL in the Business Development department. The role reports to the Director of Business Development and involves generating leads, advancing the sales process, and closing new business within the 3PL space.

Key duties include cold-calling, researching accounts, following up with clients, and collaborating with team members to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in 3PL sales or related logistics roles.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cold-call prospects from external lead sources.
• Develop sales opportunities by researching potential accounts.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to grow volume.
• Identify decision makers within targets to start the sales process.
• Collaborate with team to plan strategic sales approaches.
• Grow customers to pass on to Business Development Reps when ready.
• Maintain and expand the company database of prospects and customers.
• Achieve revenue growth goals.
• Overcome objections from prospective customers.
