Job summary

Waste Pro seeks a Division Manager to lead accounting, operations and staff at a single division in the Southeast U.S. The role drives revenue growth, develops staff, and serves as the end-of-line manager for division functions in collaboration with the Regional Vice President.

The position oversees budgeting, annual objectives, and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with municipal and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
• 5 years of management or supervisory work experience.
• Ability to multi task.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting, purchasing, budgetary, forecast, financial planning responsibilities.
• Build rapport and interact with internal and external customers including employees, businesses, and municipal staff.
• Oversee recruitment efforts and staff development to ensure policy compliance.
• Develop and manage division budget and annual objectives; analyze monthly needs and yearly projections.
• Identify and implement process and control improvements; oversee special projects.
