Waste Pro USA is seeking an experienced Division Manager in North Carolina to lead a division, grow revenue and develop staff. You will oversee budgeting, operations and client relationships across multiple teams including drivers, mechanics and office staff.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, cost control, and continuous process improvement to meet annual goals. A strong leadership background and sector knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of Management or Supervisory work experience (waste experience preferred)
• Ability to multi task and lead teams
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Valid driver's license; CDL and DOT Medical Card preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage division operations, budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop staff and recruit, train, and supervise exempt and nonexempt personnel.
• Maintain relationships with municipal staff and external customers.
• Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures; drive cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Regional VP on annual goals, budgets and growth initiatives.
