Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required; additional screening may be needed if driving.
• Able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Overtime may be required.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Direct venue entry, verify tickets and wristbands; manage traffic flow.
• Screen guests at entry using bag checks, hand wand or metal detector; verify IDs.
• Protect guests, staff and assets by monitoring for security breaches.
• Provide directions and friendly service to enhance guest experience.
