Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time in Nashville, TN to provide reliable on-site security presence with flexible hours and opportunities to pick up additional shifts. The role supports a fixed anchor shift with the option to earn more through additional shifts, and it includes responsibilities such as customer service, incident response, patrols, and reporting.

Minimums include age 18+, HS diploma, background check, drug screen, and a driver’s license for driving

Formación

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• All applicants subject to a background investigation as per laws.
• All applicants subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and staff while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of retail areas, entrances, parking areas, and property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to support a welcoming retail environment and deter unauthorized activity.
• Document observations, incidents, and policy violations and communicate to site leadership.
