Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services in Nashville, TN is hiring for an Event Security role on a part-time basis. Earn $17 per hour with flexible evening and weekend shifts, and weekly pay. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test required; additional screening may be required if driving a company vehicle.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Verify entry into venues, scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, direct guest flow.
• Screen guests during entry via bag searches, handheld detector, and ID verification.
• Protect guests and assets by monitoring for security breaches at key checkpoints.
• Respond quickly to crowd-control issues and escort unruly guests when needed.
