Job summary

Dell Technologies is hiring an Inside Sales Account Executive for our Small Business team in Nashville, TN. You will build relationships with existing customers and develop new clients through outbound activities and consultative selling, both by phone and email.

The role includes a 13-week onsite Sales Academy training program to sharpen product knowledge and Dell sales methodology. You will engage in a merit-based environment with opportunities to advance into higher sales roles or leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of general sales or customer-facing experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Engage Small Business Accounts to grow new buyers and retain existing customers
• Drive 30+ outbound calls and 3+ hours of talk time per day; manage opportunities and emails to sell to prospects or upgrade existing customers
• Provide expert guidance on the best Dell technologies to help customers grow their business
• Sell the full Dell Client portfolio including desktops, laptops, services and accessories
• Identify and qualify projects across Enterprise categories like Server, Networking, Storage, Data Protection and Cloud
