Job summary

ARCO, a Family of Construction Companies, is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager for our Nashville Multifamily team. You will lead all managerial and administrative aspects from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with clients and the design team on budgets and scope.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering or related field and 2–5 years of construction management or design experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field required.
• 2–5 years' construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Work with clients and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings and project budget.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, costs, VE ideas, and negotiate contracts & fees.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and buyout for all trades and vendors.
• Track project performance vs budget and prepare pay applications and progress billing reports.
