You will coordinate management and administrative tasks from preconstruction to closeout, work with clients and design teams on budgets and scope, and oversee subcontractor selection and buyout to ensure quality and safety.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field and 2-5 years of construction management or design experience, with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years' construction management or engineering design experience.
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of project from preconstruction through closeout.
• Work with clients and design team to develop preliminary drawings and budgets.
• Review scope, costs, and contracts; negotiate fees with clients; supervise subcontractor selection and buyout.
