Job summary

Surcheros in Nashville is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a fast-casual restaurant as it expands in the market. You will build and maintain a productive team, drive daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest service while guiding the store toward profitability.

The role requires at least 2 years of single-unit management experience and a proven track record in financial results. This is a growth-oriented leadership opportunity with above-market pay and a demanding, rewarding work

Qualifications

• 2 years of single unit management experience.
• A solid track record in achieving financial results.
• Guest oriented with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Increase sales by providing outstanding product and service.
• Write an effective work schedule each week.
• Work lunch, dinner and weekends, monitoring quality of food and service.
• Ensure restaurant is 100% staffed with quality Team Members.
• Ensure full implementation of new employee orientation and training programs.
• Review the performance of all Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant Managers twice-yearly.
• Execute all systems daily to ensure a clean, organized restaurant and quality food.
• Purchase food, beverages and supplies and oversee their preparation to meet high standards.
• Operate in accordance with established performance, profits and operating standards.
• Supervise and motivate Team Members and Managers to perform at their best.
• Maintain high standards of service throughout the day and lead by example.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed to build repeat visits.
• Review income statements and work with the District Manager to solve problems.
• Develop Assistant Managers toward General Manager responsibilities.
