The ideal candidate has restaurant group management experience, a proven track record of building strong leadership, and a hands-on, communicative leadership style.

Qualifications

• Requires hands-on experience managing multiple restaurants.
• Proven ability to develop strong management teams and deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of P&L, labor planning, and cost controls.
• Excellent communication and leadership across front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with an active floor presence.
• Hire, train, and develop managers and staff with clear accountability.
