Job summary

RTX is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the NASAMS Launcher Product Line in Andover, MA. This onsite role leads program execution across cost, schedule, and technical performance, interfacing with PMOs, engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure contract requirements are met.

The IPTL will apply disciplined program management, maintain cadence, manage multiple PMOs, and support proposals and long-term strategic planning to optimize product line performance and

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; minimum 8 years relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience with cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Production experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Integrated Product Team Lead for NASAMS launcher Product Line.
• Improve cadence and throughput of builds; manage metrics.
• Partner with internal factories and suppliers to meet commitments.
• Direct financial cadence, including risk and opportunity processes.
• Lead matrix team development and organizational growth.
• Meet commitments within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of leadership.
• Support proposals and contract close-out activities.
