Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Lead Systems Engineer (LSE) to join the LTAMDS program in Tewksbury, MA. You will be the principal arbiter of system requirements and design, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver compliant, integrated radar and sensor solutions.

Daily duties include cross-team coordination, technical presentations, and collaboration with the Chief Engineer to mature capabilities and ensure timely fielding for national security missions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 12+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary systems engineering teams.
• Radar or sensor systems background preferred but not required.
• Strong integration/test or sustainment background valued.

Responsibilities

• Work across IPT/CPTs supporting Development, Production, and Sustainment.
• Coordinate HW, SW, test capabilities to ensure interface integrity and design cohesion.
• Verify system requirements verification (FCA/SVR) and support sell-off of the product.
• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer on technical execution and integration of the program.
• Guide and mature technical capabilities into optimal solutions (EP, NCTR, ABT/TBM, 360).
• Shape baseline strategy through engagements to mature system capability across contracts.
