Job summary

Raytheon’s Missile Defense Sensors software department seeks a skilled Software Sub-CPT Lead to oversee the NASAMS Eurobundle program, supporting international customers. The Software Lead will report to the NASAMS Cross Product Team Lead and ensure successful software deliverables through effective leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This onsite role in Tewksbury, MA requires a STEM degree and 8+ years in software, strong Agile leadership, and the ability to obtain a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with agile development frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe
• Experience leading and mentoring agile software teams
• Ability to obtain U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required

Responsibilities

• Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risks and opportunities with CAM and CPTL
• Coordinate with NASAMS Software Product Owners to plan and execute scope using agile
• Represent Software Engineering in PMRs, PDRs, CDRs and gate reviews
• Provide ad-hoc support for program proposals and related documentation
