Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Deputy Systems Engineering (SE) Cross Product Team (CPT) Lead for LTAMDS support, onsite in MA or Huntsville. You will oversee planning, execution, and verification of SE deliverables, CDRLs, PMO materials, and customer briefings, guiding CPT members daily.

The role requires 10+ years in SE, leading multidisciplinary teams, and strong briefing skills. On-site work in a security-cleared environment is expected, with collaboration across disciplines to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM.
• 10+ years of Systems Engineering or multi-disciplinary engineering experience.
• Experience as a team lead or IPTL with 10+ team members.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary SE teams and presenting to leadership.
• Experience with staffing, metrics, and customer/management briefings.
• EVMS Certified (or equivalent) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SE CPT lead to drive Systems Engineering scope across LTAMDS and GhostEye.
• Track progress with execution leads and program leads, identifying issues and opportunities.
• Support weekly program management material creation to communicate progress and issues.
• Review R&O boards to ensure risks are identified and addressed.
• Provide support to EAC execution across the program area and engineering leadership.
• Coach program leads in EAC position development and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with functional leads to support staffing, process, and execution.
