Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience operating production machinery or packaging equipment.
• Knowledge of labeling and packaging integrity is essential.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated/manual assembly, blister pack and labeling machines to pack nasal products with correct product placement and labeling.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging equipment for different runs.
• Monitor production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure packaging integrity and labeling accuracy.
• Maintain GMP and regulatory compliance and document batch records.
• Use company computer systems to monitor production cycles and quality issues.
• Communicate with coworkers and supervisors to address performance and ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect and remove defective products or packaging materials.
• Follow gowning, cleanroom, and sanitation procedures in nasal product environments.
• Complete training records and other required documentation.
