PeopleShare by PROMAN seeks entry-level Packaging Technicians to support pharmaceutical packaging, labeling, and inspection in a GMP environment at Cranbury, NJ. This temp-to-hire role offers exposure to packaging operations, line support, and adherence to batch records and SOPs.

You will work with line leads, operators, and quality personnel to ensure accurate, compliant packaging and documentation, with a 2nd shift schedule from 3:30pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Formación

• Previous hands-on pharmaceutical packaging experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow written instructions, batch records, and SOPs with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced, regulated environment.
• Basic math and counting skills for component verification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with packaging line operations including loading components, feeding bottles/blisters, and preparing materials for production.
• Inspect products for defects, correct labeling, and proper sealing to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Perform manual packaging tasks such as labeling, counting, sorting, and assembling components.
• Support machine operators by supplying materials, clearing jams, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and batch record instructions with strict attention to accuracy and documentation.
• Complete required paperwork including counts, line clearances, and component verification.
• Assist with line changeovers by cleaning equipment, organizing components, and preparing materials for the next batch.

We are seeking entry-level Packaging Technicians to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations by assisting with the packaging, labeling, and inspection of finished products in a GMP‑regulated environment. This role works closely with line leads, machine operators, and quality personnel to ensure products are packaged accurately, safely, and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Type: Temp to Hire

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Pay: $19/hr - $20/hr

2nd Shift: Mon - Fri, 3:30pm - 11:30pm
