A life sciences company in Mahwah, New Jersey is seeking motivated individuals to join their Packaging team. This role offers full training in performing routine packaging operations in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring product quality and safety. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior industry experience necessary – full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Packaging experience required in any capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Perform packaging of pharmaceutical/biologic products according to batch records, SOPs, and GMP requirements.
• Operate and monitor packaging equipment such as labeling machines and blister packers.
• Conduct visual inspections for product quality and packaging integrity.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with line changeovers and basic equipment cleaning.
• Follow safety protocols and report any deviations or issues.
