Job summary

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is seeking an Operations Technician I in Rahway, NJ for a long-term engagement. The role involves packaging, labeling, warehousing and distribution of clinical materials, with emphasis on GMP compliance and quality oversight.

You will support SOP authoring, batch record reviews, CAPAs and investigations, and participate in internal/external audits. Candidates with 0–3 years experience or degree-equivalents are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 0-3 years of experience in a related field; candidates without a degree should have 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using/wearing respiratory equipment.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles.
• Knowledge of quality and safety requirements for pharmaceutical packaging/handling.
• SAP experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Execute packaging, warehousing and distribution of clinical materials.
• Author or revise SOPs and assist in investigations with CAPAs.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections; liaise with Quality and other groups as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical activities and inventory.
• Assist with GMP training and safety requirements; manual handling up to 50 lbs.
• Participate in process improvements and problem solving with cross-functional teams.
