Job summary

Amneal is seeking an entry-level Packaging Operator I in New Jersey. You will ensure packaging operations follow cGMP and SOPs, keep accurate batch records, and maintain clean, organized packaging areas. The role includes in-process quality checks, proper PPE use, and calibration verification of scales before starting each batch.

• Experience with maintaining logs and quality checks.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Carries out packaging operations in strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and safety regulations.
• Handles disposal of rejected products and components per procedures.
• Inspects bulk product and packaging components before entry to packaging area.
• Maintains accurate logbook entries for each batch operation.
• Performs in-process quality checks and documents results in the Packaging Batch Record.
• Verifies scales/balances and ensures calibration prior to packaging.
