Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field; 10+ years in space programs or management.
Master’s degree with 8+ years’ relevant experience or equivalent technical leadership.
Experience with multiple contract types (e.g., FFP) and financial management.

Responsibilities

Serve as single point of accountability for overall contract performance, scope, cost, schedule, staffing, and quality.
Primary customer liaison (CO/COR) and coordination with executive leadership.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and growth.
Plan, organize, and manage multiple teams led by technical leads across projects.
Oversee subcontractor performance and cross-company collaboration.
Generate forecasts for budget, labor, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure compliance with contract provisions including OCI, security, and risk management.
Mentor and develop employees for future career growth opportunities.
