Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group LLC in Fishers, Indiana is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator on the second shift to set up and run a servo-driven narrow web press, performing traditional flexographic printing and die-cutting to produce prime labels. You will load substrates, adjust print settings, monitor ink and tooling, and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

Operate flexo press/ Digital Hybrid to produce jobs according to specifications.
Prepare the press for printing and die-cutting.
Load substrate, install tooling, mount plates, set print impression, and adjust the press.
Ensure that substrate, ink, and tooling meet required specifications.
Adjust ink distribution, speed, and temperature in the drying chamber.
Troubleshoot and correct print issues quickly to minimize downtime and material waste.
Perform routine maintenance, including oiling, cleaning, and minor repairs.
