Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Flexo Press Operator to lead safety, quality, and productivity in our packaging operation. You will set up, run, and maintain a wide-web, 8-color flexographic press, perform in-process adjustments, manage ink, and ensure print quality.

This full-time role reports to the Shift Supervisor and requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, math skills, and color differentiation.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting, basic math, and color differentiation.
• Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous hands-on experience running a flexographic printing press in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled hours and overtime as needed.
• Model and reinforce safe-work practices and policies.
• Follow all written procedures and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate assigned equipment to ensure safety, quality and productivity.
