The role requires 1–5 years' experience in setting up and running a flexographic press, ability to read work instructions, and good communication. The job offers full-time hours (Mon-Thu 3:10pm–1:40am) with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years of experience setting up and running a Flexographic Printing Press.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, job specifications and label artwork proof.
• Good written and oral communication skills along with basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk occasionally, and lift/move up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a narrow web Flexographic Printing Press up to 12 colors according to orders.
• Monitor print quality throughout the production run.
• Maintain registration and die-cut depth to ensure label quality.
• Adjust and maintain press components such as web tension, guides, counters, etc.
• Set up and operate press accessories like a fan-folder, sheeting conveyor or turret rewinder.
• Clean, inspect, and lubricate moving parts as needed.
