Job summary

Inovar Packaging Group is seeking a Flexographic Press Operator on the second shift to join our manufacturing team in Indiana. You will set up and operate a servo-driven narrow web Flexographic Digital Hybrid Press, running jobs that produce high-quality labels while meeting specifications.

You should have proven experience on similar presses such as Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, or Omet, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Mark Andy, Nilpeter, MPS, Omet, or similar servo-driven narrow web presses.
• Ability to set up, run, and die-cut jobs to specification.
• Strong focus on quality, efficiency and minimizing downtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate servo-driven flexographic press and digital hybrid setup.
• Prepare press for printing and die-cutting per job specs.
• Load substrates, install tooling, set ink, adjust print impression.
• Monitor substrate, ink and tooling quality; troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Perform routine press maintenance and cleaning.
