GoodVets in Naples, FL, invites a seasoned Hospital Operations Manager to become the operational heartbeat of the new location opening 12/10/2026. You’ll run day-to-day, align staffing, inventory, compliance, and reporting to meet performance, financial, and client-experience targets, while building a culture that attracts top talent and delivers gold-standard veterinary care.

Qualifications

• Proven hospital operations or medical office management experience in veterinary medicine preferred.
• 3+ years in veterinary medicine with progressive responsibilities; technician background helpful.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills; ability to train others.
• Proficiency with practice management systems and Excel; basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospital operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain compliance with operating standards and requirements.
• Create and maintain accurate staff schedules.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members and set performance expectations.
• Prepare monthly reports on performance, staffing, margins, and trends.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching for growth.
• Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and control costs.
• Support doctors, staff, and clients with clarity, speed, and professionalism.
