Athrex is seeking an Orthopedic Sales Representative to cover SWFL territory, focusing on Naples. You will manage all Arthrex product lines, build client relationships, meet sales targets, and drive market growth in Lee County.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of related sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and leadership abilities. Travel is part of the role, with a dynamic, performance-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Arthrex-related sales experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills.
• Travel required; ability to manage accounts in Lee County/Naples.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue growth in assigned geographic sales area.
• Develop and coach sales associates and tech specialists.
• Propose sales programs and campaigns to leadership.
• Frequent communication of field activity to management.
• Occasional travel and weekend work as needed.
