Job summary

Arthrex Naples district is seeking a District Sales Manager-Arthroplasty to lead Shoulder and Lower Extremity Arthroplasty sales across SWFL, Naples and Ft Myers. You will drive growth, manage surgeon engagements, and coach a team to deliver outcomes with a focus on clinical excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in orthopedic medical device sales, a bachelor’s degree, and travel as needed. Arthrex offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a global leader

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of orthopedic medical device sales experience.
Bachelor’s degree is essential.
Experience with surgeon conversion, new technology adoption, and business development.
Willingness to travel outside SWFL as needed.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the district Arthroplasty business strategy.
Drive revenue growth, market share, and quota attainment across Shoulder and Lower Extremity Arthroplasty.
Coach and develop sales reps; strengthen surgeon engagements and opportunities.
Lead launches and adoption of new Arthroplasty technologies.
Maintain forecasting, opportunity tracking, and district performance reviews.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic accounts, contracting, and large system opportunities.
Build relationships with surgeons, administrators, and key decision makers.
