Neal Communities is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead home-building efforts in Sarasota, FL. You will manage the overall community construction schedule, oversee contractors, and ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met.

The role emphasizes hands-on planning, on-site supervision, coordinating inspections, and delivering on-time homes with exceptional customer service. Bachelor’s in Construction or related field and at least 3 years with production homebuilder required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction, business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with production homebuilder.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall community construction schedule to ensure timely, quality home completion.
• Oversee multiple contractors and laborers via on-site supervision.
• Schedule trade partners while enforcing safety, quality, cost standards.
• Use scheduling software to update daily schedules.
• Review homes daily for readiness and status against production schedule.
• Maintain a clean, visually appealing job site.
• Train and manage Assistant Construction Manager.
• Ensure compliance with inspections and building codes.
