Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Business, or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience with a production homebuilder.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall community construction schedule to ensure timely completion with quality.
• Coordinate scheduling, quality control, safety, and customer communications.
• Manage trade partners and monitor safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control.
• Maintain a clean and orderly worksite that meets Neal standards.
• Inspect homes thoroughly before major construction stages.
• Coordinate invoices with Accounting.
• Provide above-average customer service during construction.
