Ideal candidates are highly organized, service-oriented, and knowledgeable about Naples real estate practices, with a passion for training, growth, and agent experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license in good standing.
• 3+ years of residential real estate brokerage, operations, compliance, or sales management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Florida real estate contracts, TREC regulations, MLS rules, REALTOR standards.
• Experience supporting agents in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee brokerage operations and compliance in Naples.
• Assist with transaction review to ensure Florida real estate compliance.
• Support agent licensing, onboarding, transfers and affiliations.
• Deliver training on brokerage operations, technology and best practices.
• Promote adoption of SERHANT. platforms and resources.
• Escalate complex matters to Managing Broker as appropriate.
• Foster agent retention and growth initiatives.
