PREMIERE PLUS REALTY CO Naples, Florida, United States

About this position

Naples, FL | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | Primarily North Naples

Compensation & Benefits
  • $58,000-$70,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, plus potential performance incentives.
  • Health insurance option with 75% of the employee premium paid by employer.
  • 401(k) with up to 4% employer matching contributions, subject to plan eligibility and terms.
  • 8 paid company holidays annually; paid time off accrued in accordance with company policy.

You're the Person Other Agents Call When the Contract Gets Complicated

You've spent years learning Florida real estate, contracts, disclosures, MLS rules, and the practical details that make a transaction work. You're calm when a deal gets messy, you catch details others miss, and you know how to explain the right next step without making people feel small for asking.

Maybe you still love real estate, but you're ready to use your broker-level experience without prospecting, chasing commissions, or building another book of business. You'd rather solve problems, protect the brokerage, and help good agents get it right.

Use Your Broker Expertise Without the Sales Grind

Premiere Plus Realty is one of Southwest Florida's largest independent brokerages, with offices across Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral. Our model is built around unparalleled support for Florida Realtors, and our Broker Support Team is a major part of that promise.

In this role, you'll be a trusted Tier 2 resource for associates while specializing in compliance and risk prevention. You'll work closely with our Managing Broker, Broker Training & Support Specialist, and Transaction Compliance Team to keep standards clear, identify recurring issues, and turn complicated rules into practical guidance agents can actually use.

This is a non-competing role with predictable weekday hours. You will not serve as the Managing Broker or qualifying broker, and higher-risk legal, regulatory, disciplinary, and brokerage-authority matters are escalated to the Managing Broker.

What You'll Own
  • Be a trusted daily Broker Support resource for associate questions involving contracts, disclosures, Florida real estate requirements, MLS rules, compensation documentation, and transaction best practices.
  • Review transactions and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, and help resolve routine issues before they become larger risks.
  • Stay ahead of changes to Florida real estate law, forms, contracts, MLS requirements, and brokerage policies, then translate approved changes into practical guidance.
  • Identify recurring compliance patterns and partner with the Managing Broker and Transaction Compliance Team on audits, corrective actions, process improvements, and risk-prevention initiatives.
  • Coach associates through compliance mistakes and partner with our Broker Training & Support Specialist when recurring issues point to a broader training need.
  • Maintain and improve compliance SOPs, checklists, FAQs, decision guides, and internal resources so the right process is easy to find and Followed By All.
What Success Looks Like
  • Associates receive accurate, consistent answers quickly and know when an issue requires Managing Broker involvement.
  • Recurring compliance mistakes are visible, tracked, and addressed through better coaching, systems, or training.
  • Changes in forms, laws, MLS rules, and brokerage standards are implemented clearly and on time.
  • The Managing Broker has useful visibility into emerging risks instead of learning about them after they become problems.
  • Broker Support feels both accountable and supportive: agents understand the standard and feel empowered to meet it.
Who Thrives Here
  • An active Florida Real Estate Broker with 3+ years of relevant real estate, transaction, compliance, or broker-level experience.
  • Someone with strong command of Florida contracts, disclosures, brokerage practices, and MLS requirements.
  • A calm, approachable problem-solver who can explain complex requirements in plain language.
  • A detail-driven professional who notices patterns, follows through, documents decisions, and knows when to escalbate.
  • A collaborative teammate who is comfortable with transaction-management systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and learning new technology.
  • Someone who wants to serve in a non-competing capacity and help other real estate professionals succeed.
