Shafer Vineyards in Napa, CA is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial reporting for the winery and coordinate with its parent company. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and produce consolidated packages for headquarters.

The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, cost accounting, and proficiency with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central. Collaboration with auditors and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with financial reporting and consolidation.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and cost accounting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Prepare consolidated reporting packages for headquarters and coordinate with external accountants.
• Support tax compliance and cost accounting processes including inventory costing.
• Drive process improvements and provide earnings analysis for management.
