Job summary

Hundred Acre Wine Group is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead the accounting function across multiple entities, ensuring accurate close, consolidation, and financial reporting. Reporting to the CFO, you will build processes, mentor the team, and partner with FP&A, operations, and sales.

The role covers wine inventory and cost accounting, treasury, tax, and internal controls, with a base salary of $165,000–$185,000 and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience incl. 3+ in Controller roles.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and multi-entity consolidation experience.
• Experience with manufacturing/costing and intercompany accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close across entities.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and related-party transactions.
• Prepare management reporting and variance analysis with FP&A.
• Maintain GAAP policies and asset accounting (leases, fixed assets).
