Job summary

Delicato Family Wines in Napa, CA, seeks a Financial Reporting Systems Analyst to own and optimize financial systems, partnering with Information Solutions to support close processes, planning activities, and reporting. You will ensure data integrity and drive automation initiatives across accounting teams.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance or systems support, with SAP BPC/SAC and data visualization experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance or direct system support.
• Experience in a consumer-packaged goods environment preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools and SAP BPC and/or SAC preferred.
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA a plus.
• Experience leading or participating in at least one full-cycle system implementation project preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support operations of financial and reporting systems for Accounting and Finance teams.
• Ensure integrity of financial reporting data and monitor system variances.
• Analyze complex business processes and recommend system improvements.
• Document processes and create functional/technical requirements; provide training.
• Manage admin functions in financial systems and data security.
