The role connects regional leadership with agents, guiding sales initiatives and platform-related policies aligned with the company’s vision and annual goals. Primary responsibilities include leading the agent portfolio, mentoring agents, and ensuring alignment with growth targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Real Estate sales
• Valid real estate license in the applicable state
• Must obtain state license requirements for operating jurisdiction

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor agents in the local portfolio
• Lead regular office-wide agent meetings for growth planning and policy updates
• Relay market intelligence to agents and Business Development
• Provide business planning and professional development guidance
• Become an expert in Compass’ tech platform to grow agents’ business
