Compass, Inc. is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to lead a team of Marketing Advisors focused on regional agent marketing needs in the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley area.

This in-office role manages day-to-day operations, drives marketing strategies for agent growth, and collaborates with senior leadership to enhance agent resources and offerings. The role requires strong leadership, strategic marketing execution, and experience in managing a high-performing team within a luxury

Competenze

• 5-7 years previous experience in a marketing or branding role; agency and creative production experience preferred
• 2-3 years of people management experience with a proven track record building and scaling teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and acute attention to detail
• Expert-level understanding of marketing strategy and planning across multiple channels
• Ability to establish credibility with key decision-makers and influencers
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Excellent time management and prioritization to drive results
• Experience in real estate marketing or luxury brands is a plus
• Proficient in Apple Office Suite and Google Suite
• Familiarity with major social platforms and ad platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite is a plus
• Experience with Workfront is a plus
