Compass is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager to lead a team of Marketing Advisors, overseeing the agent experience for regional marketing requests. You will drive marketing strategies, ensure high-level requests are fulfilled, and work with senior leadership to refine agent resources and offerings.

In-office role with flexibility for California offices in the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley. You will mentor a team, manage OCRs, and collaborate with leadership to deliver best-in-class

Qualifications

• 5-7 years previous experience in a marketing or branding role; agency and creative production experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of people management experience with a proven track record building and scaling teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail
• Expert-level understanding of marketing strategy and planning across multiple channels

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and retain a top-notch team of Marketing ICs for regional marketing needs.
• Mentor and elevate your team's marketing discipline skills.
• Coach teams to drive business growth and optimize project management workflows.
• Surface customer and team feedback to Marketing Leadership and plan strategies.
• Maintain policies and procedures for day-to-day marketing operations with Leadership.
• Track OCRs and key metrics; escalate concerns to drive improvements.
• Build cross-functional relationships to align priorities with senior leadership.
