Compass is seeking an Associate Marketing Manager in California to lead a team of Marketing Advisors, delivering best-in-class agent support and regional marketing responses. You will drive strategies that grow agents’ businesses, while collaborating with Marketing Leadership to improve agent resources and offerings.

This 100% in-office role requires managing a high-performing team across the San Fernando Valley and Conejo Valley areas, with flexibility to cover nearby markets.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in marketing or branding
• 2-3 years of people management experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Expert-level understanding of marketing strategy and planning
• Credibility with decision-makers and influencers
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Adept project management and time prioritization
• Experience in real estate marketing or luxury brands
• Proficient in Apple Office Suite and Google Suite
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and other social platforms
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
• Workfront project management experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and retain a top-tier Marketing ICs team for regional needs
• Mentor team across marketing disciplines to drive customer outcomes
• Guide team strategies to grow agents’ businesses and optimize workflows
• Provide feedback to Marketing Leadership on customer and team insights
• Support day-to-day marketing operations with documented policies
• Monitor OCRs and KPIs; escalate issues and drive improvements
• Build cross-functional relationships to align priorities and expectations
• Be a culture carrier, inspiring change with a constructive approach
