Qualifications

• Previous concierge, luxury hotel, front desk, or comparable high-level guest service experience required.
• Polished, professional, personalized service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide polished, gracious, and highly personalized service throughout their stay.
• Check guests in and out, process payments, and maintain accurate guest accounts.
• Answer phones, respond to guest emails and texts, and assist with reservations and hotel services with a consistently professional and polished approach.
• Provide recommendations for local restaurants, wineries, activities, events, tours, and other experiences.
• Create personalized itineraries and assist guests with restaurant, winery, spa, and activity reservations.
