Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. in the NAMER region seeks a Regional Partner Director to cultivate strategic partnerships, drive pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth across referrals, resellers, and alliances. Location: US - Remote.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales and partner management in global software/IT services, strong negotiation, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and a proven quota track record. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Qualifications

10+ years of sales and partner management experience in a global software or IT services company.
Familiarity with software support services, managed services, or third‑party support models.
Ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and manage partner relationships (resellers, referral partners, system integrators, and consulting firms).
Drive partner enablement, training, and joint GTM initiatives to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
Collaborate with partner and internal sales teams to qualify leads and manage strategic deals end-to-end.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular performance reporting to leadership.
Plan and execute joint marketing activities and localize Rimini Street value propositions for region clients.
