Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, NAMER Industry Partnerships & Field Marketing in Austin, TX to lead Industry Partnerships and Field Marketing teams. You will drive high-impact programs, partner with Sales, ABM, and product marketing, and manage multi-channel campaigns to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

You will coach teams, build long-term industry relationships, and guide executive-level engagements while prioritizing budgets and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across Industry Partnerships, Field Marketing, Event Marketing, Partner Marketing, Integrated Marketing or related B2B marketing functions
• 4+ years of people leadership experience leading experienced individual contributors and high-performing teams
• Proven experience building and managing strategic external partnerships with industry associations or trade organizations
• Broad B2B marketing experience beyond field and events with knowledge of integrated campaigns, demand generation, brand, ABM, customer marketing, sales enablement
• Strong ability to translate business objectives and sales needs into clear strategies, programs, and measurable outcomes
• Strong executive presence and written/verbal/presentation/negotiation/relationship-building skills
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, vendors, and portfolios; comfortable with ambiguity and travel (30-40%)
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, Goldcast, Outreach, Atlassian, Jira, Seismic, Tableau, Marketo Engage

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the NAMER Field Marketing team with clear priorities and performance expectations
• Serve as a strategic partner to Sales leaders, orchestrating cross-functional omnichannel support
• Develop strategy for building long-term relationships with construction industry associations and strategic partners
• Guide strategy and execution of Procore-hosted experiences and industry activations
• Partner with multiple teams to deliver an integrated field marketing strategy driving pipeline and revenue
• Own budget prioritization, performance measurement, and optimization across field and industry investments
• Establish frameworks for measuring partnership and field marketing impact including revenue influence and pipeline metrics
• Represent Procore with senior industry leaders and stakeholders at key events
