Qualifications

• 2+ years in a SaaS account management role in cybersecurity or MSP ecosystems.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Strategic thinking and proactive approach to building the NAM team.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the deal from SDR-booked demo through to signature and onboarding.
• Deliver high-impact, personalised product demos to clients.
• Build trust with customers and ensure value adoption during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to drive retention and expansion.
