Job description

Reports to: Chief Sales Officer (UK based)

About usecure

At usecure, we're transforming how organisations manage human cyber risk. Our fast-growing SaaS platform helps businesses automate security awareness training, run real-world phishing simulations, and simplify compliance — building a stronger security culture for customers around the world.

We're a UK-based, investment-backed company with an established global presence, including a growing footprint in North America (NAM)built through our channel partners. By focusing on the MSP channel and SMB market, we've built a distinct, defensible position in cyber security. We're now taking the next step: building our first office-based US sales team to accelerate that growth.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic, process-driven Sales Manager to lead our US team from the front. You'll take on a small team, sharpen our sales playbook for the US MSP market, and partner closely with our UK-based HQ as we scale. There is real scope to shape headcount and strategy as the region grows.

This role requires a hands-on sales leader on the ground, particularly during the early phases. This means exemplifying standards for your team, executing strategy, driving key initiatives and opportunities, building pipeline, and creating an operating rhythm that balances day-to-day autonomy with tight collaboration across time zones.

You'll be the de facto leader in North America, acting as a conduit between what’s happening in‑territory and the wider business. You’ll run weekly cadence with the CSO on pipeline, forecasting, and strategy, with ownership of leading the floor, coaching reps, and running the day-to-day operations of the US Team. If you’re motivated by leading from the front and can set vision, build processes, and develop people, this role will enable you to thrive.

What You’ll Do
Customer & Deal Profile
  • MSP and SMB (<250 employees), with some engagement with Midmarket prospects (<1000 employees)
  • Sales cycles are short (typically <6 weeks), meaning volume is the key to growth.
Lead, coach, and develop the North America Sales team
  • Manage a new team of Account Managers responsible for client and MSP onboarding and expansion.
  • Lead a new team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for inbound conversion and outbound prospecting.
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide structured coaching: call reviews, pipeline reviews, objection handling, deal strategy.
  • Create clear personal development plans for each rep, ensuring the right structure is in place to generate motivation and commitment.
Own sales performance and pipeline generation in the region
  • Drive attainment of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Partner with Marketing to create and convert high-quality inbound demand.
  • Support the team in sourcing outbound opportunities and breaking into accounts that meet our ICP.
  • Remove blockers, support key deals, and help close strategic accounts.
Refine our sales process for the North American market
  • Collaborate closely and frequently with the CSO to adapt the UK sales playbook to fit US buyer expectations, velocity, and competitive landscape.
  • Identify opportunities in the US Market, especially with Managed Service Providers and Resellers
  • Iterate on messaging, qualification criteria, discovery frameworks, and demo flows.
  • Establish a repeatable, scalable rhythm of business for the region.
Forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility
  • Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
  • Build and maintain a reliable sales pipeline across the team.
  • Use data to spot trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective action early.
Strategic planning and team expansion
  • Partner with the CSO on headcount planning and the long-term growth strategy for the US market.
  • Identify where we should double down, where to expand, and where to experiment.
Represent the company in the market
  • Serve as the senior commercial presence in North America.
  • Build relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Present at industry events, establishing usecure as a thought leader in the MSP and cyber security market
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 90 days
  • Embed a new sales team, ensuring foundational processes and standards are set.

Within the first year
  • Refine our existing sales processes to align with in‑territory expectations.
  • Establish yourself in the MSP market as usecure’s commercial leader in North America.
  • Proven track record of identifying, onboarding and expanding with tier one MSPs.
What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years experience in leading full-cycle B2B SaaS sales teams in cybersecurity or MSP ecosystems.
