The Massachusetts Department of Public Health is seeking an Naloxone Inventory Coordinator within the State Office of Pharmacy Services. This role oversees bulk purchasing, inventory oversight, and distribution to municipalities and Commonwealth entities, ensuring cost-effective procurement and compliance with policies.

• Serve as a central point of contact for municipalities and other authorized entities regarding naloxone and other bulk-purchased medications.
• Coordinate and monitor orders of naloxone and other pharmaceuticals through the central pharmacy distribution center.
• Plan and schedule deliveries of naloxone and other authorized medications to municipalities and participating entities.
• Maintain accurate records of medications ordered, received, distributed, and delivered; reconcile purchasing and distribution data.
• Coordinate procurement activities, monitor vendor performance, and assist in contract negotiations with OSO and GPOs.
