Job summary

University of Missouri-St. Louis is seeking an Overdose Prevention Supply Distribution Specialist I to assemble, pack, and ship naloxone, drug checking strips, and other critical supplies for statewide distribution.

You will ensure accurate packing, quality control, and timely shipments. The role supports warehouse inventory, organizes multiple storage areas, and coordinates with internal teams to meet distribution needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in warehousing, inventory, or distribution is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 57 lbs and operate pallet jack.
• Knowledge of supply distribution and basic data tracking in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse and inventory operations to support statewide supply distribution.
• Receive, stock, pack, and assemble supplies into kits per packing lists.
• Prepare shipments for carrier pickup and community-based distribution.
• Track inventory across multiple storage areas and buildings.
• Prepare orders for local organizations and statewide partners; coordinate delivery.
