Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking an in-store merchandiser to represent the brand in retail environments. You will engage with store teams, manage product orders via Salesforce, and execute promotional displays across assigned stores.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining planograms, and adhering to RTM schedules while ensuring safety during stocking and merchandising tasks.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive to multiple store locations.
18 years of age or older; positive and professional attitude.

Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture photos via DMI.
Build relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions.
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM store plans.
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM; lift and move products safely.

Job description

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and commitment to excellence
Serve as the face of the company and deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
Order product via iPad using Salesforce to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions
Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated store plans
Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM
Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
Lift, bend, move, stock, and transport products from stock rooms to store floors while staying safe and compliant

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
Mileage reimbursement applies according to company policy
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Decatur, GA
Schedule availability required: Sunday - Thursday
