Hewlett Packard Co. is seeking a Transportation Network Lead to design and execute HP's North America domestic surface transportation network, spanning FTL, LTL, and IMD.

You will partner with RMS to deploy a new TMS, drive configuration, testing, and integration, and optimize carrier performance to meet service and cost goals. In this role, you will own NA carrier relationships, lead negotiations with major partners, and manage cost containment initiatives while tracking Total Customer

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong carrier management and contract negotiation experience.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and experience managing operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and execution of North America domestic surface transportation network (FTL, LTL, IMD).
• Support deployment of HP’s new TMS in collaboration with RMS (formerly C.H. Robinson).
• Manage carrier relationships and performance; negotiate costs with procurement.
• Own Total Customer Experience (TCE) metrics and provide weekly insights to senior leadership.
• Identify cost drivers and develop cost containment strategies across service lines.
