Job summary

HP is seeking a North America Regional Transportation Manager to design and execute HP's domestic surface transportation network across FTL, LTL, and specialized delivery services. The role includes leading the TMS implementation with RMS and optimizing carrier relationships through data-driven decision-making and cost control.

You will oversee a broad range of modal operations, build strategic carrier partnerships, and report on Total Customer Experience metrics to inform leadership decisions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Strong carrier management and contract negotiation experience.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and experience managing operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of HP's North America domestic surface transportation network across FTL, LTL, and IMD and oversee TMS implementation.
• Drive partnerships with RMS and carrier providers to ensure service levels and cost competitiveness.
• Manage relationships with primary LTL partners and Ryder-managed LTL operations, expanding regional carrier coverage.
• Own Total Customer Experience (TCE) metrics and provide weekly performance insights to senior leadership.
